I chose them although they didnt have the cheapest price but besides the fact that i had to wait incredibly long to get my car shipped (about twice-three times the amount stated when we talked) the customer service was incredibly terrible, it made it seem like i was a burden to THEM!their tones made it seem as if they were tired with my questions about my vehicle pick up date and other things related to my own vehicle because i was concerned.

either way i would not use this company again unless everything was done by Monique, she was outstanding in helping me with what i needed, the other two customer service people that i didnt bother to remember (one male one female) just angered me unfortunately to the point where i came to write this review.....i bet the cheaper company would have done a faster job.

Monetary Loss: $250.
