The very same thing happens to me regarding the doctor sending the approval fax back to Walgreens for my triplicate prescription. This is lorazepam for my wife, and almost every month I go through, on her behalf, the same danged ping pong match with Walgreens telling me that the doctor has not sent the approval fax back to Walgreens.
My doctor's office can't do any more about it than what they are doing. I finally blew my stack at Walgreens, and started sounding and looking like that Martin Sheen commercial (I am 67 and have white hair).
I end up getting so wound up, that I probably should be the one taking the lorazepam, not just my wife. But then I would have to wait for Walgreens to tell me their crap about TWO faxes!

They hide the ironclad contract and fool the customers into thinking they are holding the reservation for the rate then they make you e sign a deal with the devil. Don’t worry I got the IRS on their paper trail, they are all fried!!!!

Ripped off by the company
I called them for a price to move my Jeep and the price was good initially and they said they could have it delivered in two days so I proceeded to hire them for the job. I gave my credit card info to Dana at ext 701 and right away the price went up from $400 to $450!
3 days came and went and the jeep was not picked up yet. I called to cancel and they tell me it will be picked up on Monday and delivered on Tuesday! Problem is that it was supposed to be picked it up by me on Saturday, 4 days after hiring them. I cancelled at this point.
I then hired a reputable company to transport my Jeep and they had it on a trailer within an hour and delivered Saturday morning by 10:00 am!! Igot a call back from Ultimate transport 123 and they offered me some of my money back, but not all. I told them I would write a review on the BBB site if they did not refund my money. They would not refund $$ so I wrote the review.
They contacted me the next day and offered me my money back if I took down the review down. They went as far as giving me instructions on how to take the review down. I followed there instructions, but was not able to remove the review. They have not refunded any of my money, even tho I did as they asked.
Now they replied to the review and say the jeep was delivered on Monday. I am not sure where they got that idea because the jeep was home in NH on Sunday night ,after I picked it up in Maryland. They will tell you lies to get that card info, then it's all downhill from there.
If I can't get my money back maybe I can prevent others from being ripped off. BEWARE DO NOT HIRE ULTIMATE TRANSPORT 123

This number above has literally been calling and texting my phone since early in the morning to be exact 7am i work night shifts and i was very angry told him he had the wrong number to stop texting me but insisted and threatening me he will be texting me every hour witch am very tired and just want sleep and has been bugging me so much even though i told him to stop has been insulting me asking me personal questions i assume your a company of business not to be texting me if i am watching a game to night like really can you make your employees understand if they got the wrong number to stop harassing people even thought clearly told them to stop

Susan spent an extraordinary amount of time talking to my boyfriend. She knew his hesitation to list was because we had a very specific deadline.
We were moving 340 miles away and needed one of the vehicles being shipped to load and unload our semi-trailer. After hours of phone conversations and her digging up dirt on other transport companies that made us offers, he finally agreed to list with them. The contract was only supposed to be so we could list. We needed to cancel because we found someone to transport our vehicles.
That's when the fine print came into play. There is a cancellation fee equivalent to the reservation fee. You cannot relist with anyone else for 3 days or they will charge you the full amount. No one would cancel the order without "talking to a manager" they also wouldn't answer the phone or the person we were transferred too wasn't actually a manager.
Every agent told us a different cancellation fee. There was also an email that we had to respond to in order to cancel or we would be charged the full quoted price. The emails with pricing also differed from the sertifi.com amounts on his phone.
In the email, the reservation fee was only $100 but on his phone, it was $400. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

Caleb, called me about moving my buick to Alabama he said we are not a broker we own our trucks unlike the other companies there just brokers we can have the car picked up by tomorrow or the next day not a problem. Well tomorrow came i called they said we have a truck near buy it will get pickedup today.
No one came. The next day i calledthey said they have a driverhe just needs to sign the ticket. No one showed up. The 3rd day i called and said you dont own trucks at all do ya she said that is correct and we cant get a truck to sign up to truck it.
I saidthis car has to be moved now they said you signed a contract that states we have 10 days to move the car i said im done .
I canceled the contract due to the untruth fulness of this company. Then they want a $100.00 fee i dont think so
Customer Service Nightmare
We've been waiting 14 days for a vehicle to be picked up. We recently got a call that they have someone willing to pick it up for an additional $750 on delivery.
We declined that option, they called back an hour later to say we have someone that will do if for another $300 instead of $750.00. We agreed, one week ago. Still no information on pick up, until today.
When we get another call saying that they have another driver, but it will be $1,000 to be paid upon delivery.
We certainly feel like they are holding us hostage at this point. I'm feeling like submitting a bill to them for my time wasted on this project.
Total Scammers!
Our brother was passing away and needed to ship a car from CA to OH that he was giving us. We called them over a month in advance to make the arrangements and discussed the very specific window we had while in CA.
Joey agreed they could pick the car up during the time period. We fly out to CA to meet them and guess what?!?!!? We call them every day and just got the run around about someone coming that night or the following day.
Our week goes by. We HAD to have this car out of the home since he was passing away.
There was no other window that would work. We ended up paying UHaul almost $4,000 to drive the car back in one of their vehicles with a trailer. Lost airfare since we had to miss our flights, lost wages since we had to drive the vehicle home ourselves with extra vacation time we did not have, paying for hotel stays and gas. All and all this company cost us over $6,000 and then had the audacity to send us a text about paying $125 today for cancelling or they would send the entire amount to collections.
No one told my husband about the 10 day window in their fine print when an employee confirmed a different window.
No one told us of a cancellation fee either when we called to cancel.
We found out when they texted us. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I gave them a order to pick up a pickup in Temecula Ca on 4/8/19 and told them that it wouldn't be ready until 4/12. Ever since then all I get lies from their customer service department.I've been told twice therewas a driver for the load and nothing, I've tried to get them to e-mail me my contracr 3 different times and nothing.
Today 4/24/19 I called customer service and there is a dam rooster crowing in the background. Can't believe this ***

They took $125 from my account. 3 weeks later I had to go and get my vehicle.
They knew the vehicle was inoperable and I even sent pics prior to getting bogus contract with them. Stay away from these scammers.

I should have considered all the other reviews before booking my car shipment with this company.
I had booked auto transport 123 because I was promised that the car will be picked up before jan 12th 2019. I clearly told them That I cannot keep the car longer than that. They were pretty sure to pick it up before 12th and asked me to pay the intial amount. And when I called on 12th asking for status I was told that your car will be picked between 14-18 jan.
I have kept my car at a friends parking because I moved out of the state on jan 12th. I asked them to cancel the service because I cannot keep my car any longer at someone else’s parking. They canceled the service without telling me that they are goingcto charge 250$. Later Saying that its written in the contract.
They clearly meant that do not trust our representatives and their words. Trust the contract. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and relationship.

On oct 24th i contacted at123 transport for a quote to pick up a motorcycle in Baco Raton, Fl. to Ia.
and the person i talked to told me absolutely there would not be any charge because i was still working on getting quotes from other companies. Never give a woman a credit card number. She insisted on a card number to hold if i went with at123. This was to ensure to get things rolling.
I again told her i was still looking at different prices, she assured me there would be no charge. I went with another company and was still charged $100 because she had dispatched a driver and he was in the area, i never told her to go ahead with the move. She said it was because they had the paper work ready, i never hired AT123. They wouldn't answer calls or emails, so i turned them into the BBB and Attorney General from illegal charges from my credit card.
They called me one time after i posted a complaint and someone read it, they said they will let me know within the hour, 3 almost 4 days ago now, haven't heard a word.
The dispatchers talk out of both sides of their mouths and can't believe a word that comes out. Very DISHONEST!

This company has the very worst customer service I have EVER experienced.! We hired them to pick up our truck, being promised it would be picked up in 4 or less days.
10 days later, after calling them every day, and being told tomorrow over and over...we canceled and went with another company. They had gotten my debit card info, but I was told I wouldn't be charged anything until the truck was picked up. They charged it $100 without my knowledge or consent. Apparently they felt they were entitled to charge us for cancelling.
I was never told there would be a cancellation fee. I called to speak to a manager to dispute the charges and was told a manger would call me right back...that was 3 days ago. I'm disgusted with this so called family owned and run business!
They do not care nor have any respect or concern for their customers. Do NOT hire these people!

I bought a truck from the US government at an army base. I contracted with auto transport 123 to pick up this truck at a specific time and date.
This company never showed up for the pick up twice after rescheduling and explaining this is an army base and it must be picked up at a specific time and date. They then refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and said a supervisor would contact me.
I never heard back from any supervisors and when I try to dispute the claim the company said I canceled the pick up. This company is nothing but a fraudulent bunch of liars!!

Same thing happened to me and they got me for $464 and no delivery!!
