I called them for a cross-country transport of my car. A guy who answered my call said my car will be picked up in 2 days.

(I clearly explained them my time constraint situation and he agreed). He gave me all kind of false promises that my car will be picked up in no later than 2 days. He sent me a contract and I signed it. And they stopped picking up my calls after.

After 10 failed attempts to reach them finally someone answered my call and said they couldn't find a driver. I asked them to cancel my contract since I won't be available to give my car as I will be flying already. As expected they stopped answering my calls...... No driver ever reached me......

20 days later there was a 325$ charge on my card from them. I filed a dispute and they came back with the stupid contract saying the transaction is valid.....

They charged me despite fact that no driver picked up my car. If you are so desperate for money you should have asked (300$). I am sure I have 300$ to spare for any good cause.

But this is not the way you treat a customer...... Never calling them again no referring to anyone ever...

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
