Bad experience

This company failed to discuss my dispute regarding the shipping of three motorcycles. Sales person Ross played dumb, made promised that were not kept and the company leadership did not return my multiple request for call backs to discuss and resolve my issue. I would have been happy to resolve the differences but they refused to return my calls. My Motorcycles were to be shipped by Auto Transport employees and trucks and delivered after a certain date as I was out of town. I got a call from a 3rd party truck driver telling me I had to take possession of the motorcycles and pay hi directly. I had to pay for storage while I was out of state and scramble to get a paypal payment of $1,000

I had a motorcycle delivered by auto123 that was tied so much that the head light was touchinv the front vender. On arrival my wife was there to see it into the garage i was at work. They say its not there fault but i have pictures of the bike while it was on there trailer showing the damage Now every time i call same story please hold and no one ever comes back to the phone

Yes. I canceled my order the day of the transport due to engine problems and couldn't transport at this time.

They took three hundred dollars out of my account on 9/25/15. Since then I've been calling to speak to a Casey Jackson, he reassured me they would reinburse one hundred of the three hundred but he's been giving me the run around since last Monday. I'm pisssssed off.

My money don't grow on trees. I work hard and you just take my complete three hundred, promised to return the call and when i get you on the phone you tell me you'll call back and NO CALL.

First of all they are a broker and not a company. They will lie to you in all steps and they are proud of it.

They did not pick up my car on time and I cancelled my contract. I called my cc company and blocked them from transaction.

Funny thing is they are calling me from blocked numbers and threatening to report it to homeland security .. It was funny

I talked with a person who claimed she was the owners daughter and guaranteed me to have my suv delivered to me by a certain date. I find out a couple days later, she is still trying to find a driver. And that she cannot get one to me by the date she promised. To my suprise, I was charged a fee. I told her since she could not guarantee me the car, to cancel as that's the only reason we were going with them. Now they will not issue me a refund or reply back to my requests.

Terrible business ethics

DO NOT USE! At all costs, stay away from this company. Everyone is very friendly in the beginning promising you the world and that there are absolutely no hidden charges. I spoke with them just looking for a quote and told them I would be in contact if I wished to proceed with them as my shipping company. I spoke with Casey Jackson who told me I would only be charged $250 once a driver physically picked up my car. He also told me verbatim over the phone that "there are no cancellation charges" to lo and behold me being charged $250 that very same day. They are all liars and run you in circles from one shady rep to another. If you value your time, STAY AWAY from this HORRENDOUS company.

Bad delivery

had my car shipped from New York to Arizona. I was never able to track the car even though I was told I would be able to do that. When the car arrived,I was notified it would be delivered to me the next day yo the final destination. It was to come on a flatbed. When it arrived it was damaged and I was upset to find that it was driven to me instead of sent on a flatbed. I never consented to anyone driving my car without my knowledge. I was very upset. They also argued with me about the damage on the car. I had photos of the car taken before it left for Arizona. Even with the pictures showing no damage before transportation they still argued with me. It was a horrible experience. Customer service stinks. I will never recommend them. They are do unprofessional!

To make a long story short, Auto Transport 123 first took my order, 2nd took my bank info, 3rd misinformed me that the driver cancelled pickup the day before. Finally, charged me a hundred bucks cause I cancelled the order for their irresponsibility. I can only imagine how many people they've pissed off by having them sign a contract and not delivering. Talk about bad business. How hard is it to just tell the customer the truth. I learned a valuable lesson. I give that company a 0 rating for those actions.

This is not a reputable company at all. The salesperson lied and the other people working there also lie and the charged my credit card. I highly recommend NOT using this company. The are a bunch of liars and I would never recommend them ever, steer clear of this name.The sales rep Jessie Bozarth guarantee I would be contacted 72 hours and it was no problem since I booked 17 days in advance for my car and then they said on the day they were supposed to pick it up they had 10 days fron that date. I was not going to be in the state after the original pick up date, just a bad company and dishonest and RUDE people, a bunch of low lifes. Steer clear of this company.

Violated Contract, Rude, Costly

**DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE** While the initial customer service representative sounded polite and prided the company of their “professionalism, small, and family owned and operated company.” I can tell you this was the furthest thing from the truth. The representative lured us into signing the contract by assuring us that the transport would arrive by Thursday, but by Saturday at the latest. This was fine as we were leaving our destination Sunday morning and we wanted to be here when the vehicle was loaded. They happily billed our credit card after assuring us that the transporter would arrive to the house by the time we left Sunday. They also mentioned pick-up would likely happen between Monday and Thursday. Two days went by and we heard nothing from the company. We tried calling the company and said “we made a mistake and need to ship your vehicle in an open carrier instead of an enclosed carrier.” They gave us the option to pay another $250 to upgrade to an enclosed carrier AFTER we had signed a contract with a set price that clearly stipulated the vehicle would be transported in an enclosed carrier. We said we wanted the vehicle transported for $800 and per the contracts specifications. We called the friendly sales associate who had previously helped us and asked her what was going on. She admitted to giving us the “wrong price” for the enclosed carrier and said she mixed the shipping costs up but said they would “honor the price”. She assured us the vehicle would be transported by the end of the week and said she will personally call us with the transport information. This never happened. The day before we were to leave the house we called the company. The customer service representative was extremely rude, would not answer any questions, and continued to talk over me. After 15 minutes on the telephone with her I asked to speak with a manager. The “manager” Michelle RUDELY answered the phone and said “WHATS THE PROBLEM?” She accused me of swearing at her customer service representative and claimed the female was in tears and blamed us. I calmly tried to explain the situation and our concerns about not being at the house at the time the transport truck was supposed to arrive. Michelle continued to talk over me and said we would be billed for the service if we cancelled. She was rude to three different people who all tried to calmly explain the situation. This company is the WORST I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. We will likely be taking them to court in the future for violating their contract and not shipping the vehicle via the enclosed method that the contract stipulated. I urge anyone looking for a transport service to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Company never showed up for a Virginia to Colorado truck transport that my wife and I booked months in advance.I called and called and it was if I was bothering them. They were rude and never gave an explanation as to why they did not provide the service. It was a TERRIBLE business to deal with on EVERY level and I honestly don't know how they run a successful business. Stay away if you value your time and money. 0/10.

I was a first time user of shipping a vehicle. These guys move you through the process fast to get to the credit card process. Do not ever pay a transporter money up front for reservations. They told me they would not process anything until I owned the vehicle and I called back to confirm it and give a final contact to pickup. Decided not to purchase due to vehicle seller misrepresented vehicle. Called to cancel shipping, credit card gets hit for reservation fee saying the truck was dispatched. Truck was not suppose todispatched for another 4 days. These guys are crooks.

Auto Transport 123 was completely professional and reliable. Joe was very efficient. The company did as promised and we will certainly use them again. We should have used them first. I have used Auto Transport 123 multiple times and have been very satisfied with the price, responsiveness and service. Everyone works hard to meet your schedule for pickup and drop off times and locations. The Drivers are honest and they very attentive about the care of your vehicle. I plan to use them again in the near future. Don't waste your time looking for another company because Auto Transport 123 is the about the best you will find in the US.

As a professional who has been running customer service operations for interactive media for ten years, I strongly advise you not to use this company for any of their services. I was looking for a quick and convenient way to ship my car from Massachusetts to California this season. I used one of comparative websites to get quotes, and they were the first to call me. The first contact was absolutely wonderful. Everything was taking care of for to obtain trust from the client, from the responsiveness, to the speed, the amiability, the anticipation and minimal easy paperwork. They present themselves as a family own company, they come out as genuinely caring and professional, I really wanted to work with them after talking to their owner who also is a wonderful sales person. I told them my expectation in terms of delivery timeline, and was I was guaranteed it would work. Once they have you signed, they could not care less about you. My car was not delivered when they said it would, so I had to rent a car to go to my final destination. They put the blame on me. I adapted, I just wanted to receive my car at this stage, their demeanor made me uncomfortable and unconfident about what could happen to it. I had to pay an extra 300 dollars after waiting for the car 10 more days than what we agreed upon. The worst was having to call regularly to obtain a clear update on the status of my car without much result and talk to a team which I always seemed to bother. Their phone system sounds it’s from the 90s, you will be on wait for a long time, sometimes for useless reasons (even when they’re out of the office), and the only thing you will get from this team when they do answer is their urge to get it over with. I needed a receipt for those extra shipment costs, a few weeks later, and even that was an issue for them to solve after several email exchange for something that simple. Interacting with their customer service ended up truly upsetting me because of their undeniable incompetence and unpleasantness. This is an amateur operation only there to collect, there is 0 service delivery, the Customer service being comprised of two, one being an extremely irritable, passive-aggressive rude woman who will bully you over the phone if you don’t comply with her demands to help, the other being a nice but junior who just can’t get anything done. Make your life better and avoid them.
